ok77 Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ok77 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any feature of ok77 — including the website, mobile app, game lobby, sports betting, live casino and cashier — you agree to be bound by these Terms.

ok77 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity and payment ownership at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on ok77. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details, the same mobile number or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected for a single individual, all accounts may be closed and any balance within them forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. ok77 cannot be held responsible for payment delays or failed transactions caused by outdated account information.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username and password. You must not share your account details with any other person. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify ok77 support immediately via live chat.

Account Verification (KYC): ok77 may require identity verification at any point, including before processing withdrawals above a certain threshold. Verification typically requires:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport or driving licence)
• Proof of the payment method used (screenshot of JazzCash or Easypaisa account showing matching mobile number)
• A recent selfie for liveness confirmation if requested

Verification is a one-time process in most cases. Once your account is verified, future withdrawal requests follow the standard timeline without additional checks unless unusual account activity is detected.

All transactions on ok77 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversions, no hidden exchange rate markups and no administrative fees charged by ok77 on standard deposits or withdrawals. Standard carrier or bank charges from your payment provider may apply independently of ok77.

Withdrawal Conditions: A withdrawal can only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent fraud and protect all players on the platform. You may not withdraw to a different mobile wallet or bank account than the one from which your deposit originated.

Wagering Before Withdrawal: Any deposit that triggers a bonus offer is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal of the bonus funds is permitted. Deposits made without opting into any bonus offer are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to identity verification thresholds.

Declined Deposits: If a deposit transaction is declined by your bank or mobile wallet provider, the funds are returned automatically to your payment account. ok77 is not responsible for holds placed on funds by third-party payment providers. If a deposit does not appear in your ok77 wallet within 30 minutes, contact support with the transaction reference number and we will investigate promptly.

ok77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any specific conditions stated on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

Welcome Bonus: New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the welcome bonus. The welcome bonus provides a 100% match on the first deposit up to PKR 5,000. To qualify, the deposit must meet the minimum threshold stated on the Promotions page at the time of registration.

General Bonus Rules applicable to all promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to the bonus wallet, not the main wallet. Real money is wagered first before bonus funds are used.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. You may not stack multiple bonuses simultaneously.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each offer. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• Bonus funds may only be used on eligible games. Certain live casino tables and sports markets may be excluded from bonus wagering — this is specified per promotion.
• ok77 reserves the right to amend, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time. Players with an active bonus at the time of suspension will not be disadvantaged and their existing wagering requirements will remain unchanged.
• Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets or using bots — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing a bet or wagering real money.

Random Number Generation: All slot games and non-live casino games on ok77 use independently tested Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to ensure that every outcome is genuinely random and not influenced by previous results, bet size or any other variable. The RNG systems used by ok77's game providers are certified to recognised industry standards.

Live Casino: Live casino games — including Baccarat, Lightning Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Speed Baccarat and Blackjack — are conducted by professional dealers in real time. Sports Betting and Cricket Markets: ok77 offers in-play and pre-match betting on cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), all T20 internationals, one-day internationals and Test matches — as well as football and esports markets. The following rules apply to all sports bets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You may not cancel or amend a confirmed bet.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the standard rules for that market. For cricket, a minimum number of overs is usually required for bets to stand — this is specified per market.
• ok77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error, or where there is clear evidence of technical malfunction in the odds feed.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed in the bet slip before you confirm your wager.

Prohibited Conduct: The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and will result in winnings being voided and account suspension:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to place bets or play games
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Collusion with other players or with any third party to manipulate game or bet outcomes
• Arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to abuse promotional odds

• Loss Limits: Define a maximum loss amount for any given period. Once reached, you will not be able to place further bets until the period resets.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel you need a longer break from gaming, you can request self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, your account will not accept deposits and all promotional communications will be suspended.

ok77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false, misleading or incomplete registration information
• Evidence of underage gambling or use of another person's identity
• Suspicious payment activity, including use of payment methods not belonging to the account holder
• Evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting or use of automated tools
• Chargebacks initiated without prior contact with ok77 support
• Any activity that ok77 reasonably believes constitutes fraud or an attempt to defraud the platform

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any balance held in the account will be frozen until the investigation is complete. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the balance may be forfeited in full. If no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned and the account reinstated or closed at the player's request.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily can do so by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within standard processing times, provided no withdrawal restrictions apply.

ok77 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in platform reliability, uptime and security, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to all features at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unforeseen technical issues or internet connectivity problems may occasionally affect access.

ok77 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses resulting from gaming activity on the platform — all gaming involves risk and winnings are never guaranteed
• Loss of access to your account due to forgotten credentials or device changes, provided ok77's own systems are functioning correctly

Nothing in these Terms limits ok77's liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.

ok77 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For significant changes that materially affect players' rights or obligations, ok77 will notify registered players by in-platform notification or email where an email address is registered.

Your continued use of the ok77 platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance.
